Steps for a connection branch (ramal de ligação)
- The connection file (processo/ficha de ligação) must have the works marked as inspected by EPAL.
- The quote in the connection file must be paid.
- EPAL asks Lisboa city council for the licences needed (public road works, noise, traffic police).
- If the public network has to be extended or restored, EPAL designs and carries out that work.
